The Consciousness that projects and operates this dream of you and me, is the One Consciousness. It is the eternal, ever expanding, infinite Light of Love. The dream of creation appears in you, in Awareness and is not separate from you. Realization of the nature of the creation and your true place in relation to it, enables discovery and assimilation of a freedom of infinite vastness and purity.
Make space for the grace of your of consciousness to reveal itself to you. Open yourself to the vast untapped realms of knowing which are yet unknown to you. Transcend the conditioning that has you doubting your capacity to be limitless, free and existing from a foundation of unconditional happiness. Have the courage and fire, to ask for truth.
Recognize your Self.

Life is a path. It’s taking us somewhere and we occupy ourselves with the fuss and struggle inherent in the feeling of not having ultimate control over what occurs. If we’re lucky, maybe we can catch sight of where we’re going, through a peaceful observation of where we have been.
In every life, I suspect that there are moments that ring true and bright for each of us. Memories of occurrences in which you recall the best part of you was meeting the world.
Early in my life, there were very clear and powerful moments, in which the act of holding space for another, simply by a sincere commitment and interest in listening to them, was deeply and graciously received. This element of my character, of my nature, has revealed itself again in conjunction with this exploration of awareness – in a way that I see now was also the unrecognized seed of my enjoyment of photography.

There is another way to view and understand the entire Mayan calendar legacy. It’s a view without fear of an Armageddon, rather it’s a vision of a completely harmonious human future. I’m of the belief that the Mayan calendar message, is a guide, pointing us to recognize the potential for our World that lays just beyond our materialistic reach.

..for a single breath, and watch even that fall away. What remains is the seer of it all. The one who shines on everything in the act of it being made known.
In an experience of silence, it’s easier to find the unchangeable one [yourSelf] to whom even the silence appears. Having found that you are the source of illumination – all noise and form may appear in that quiet radiance of You.
Awareness is Absolute. You absolutely need awareness, in order to see, to know or to experience anything. It is infinitely there – first. It is the true foundation of existence.
The mind is also experienceable. The mind is not equal to awareness. If you are sitting in meditation and you want ‘the lights to go out’ you’re fighting an uphill battle. The light of awareness never goes out.
If it was possible for the light to go out – how is any other ‘first’ thing going to be known? Even doctrines which extolle ‘emptiness’ as the ultimate realization or true state of pure existence, omit the obvious consideration, that any emptiness which is known, is known by that in which it appears.
Emptiness is a subjective experience of non-object.
Whether in sleeping or waking dreams – all nightmares are the result of interpretation only. Each message provides clues, aiding in revealing to you your nature. Only your agitation with what is occurring, will create a sleeping or waking nightmare for you.
I have had a number of powerful dreams, which have served their roles in the building of an evolving understanding of our conscious experience. On occasion I have entered into a description of these, and watched as people squirm and tense as I unfold the details, as examples of evidence of a particular aspect of universal law and consciousness.
In a particularly telling dream, the message was distinctly one of “you are every element of the dream.”

An experience beyond the active mind, in a post-satsang silence.
At the end of the first satsang I attended in India, I chose to remain sitting in silence, and had an experience which I later came to understand, was a ‘vision of non-duality.’
There were several other people who were also settling in to continue their engagement with silence. I opened my eyes briefly, noticing the relative proximity of others. I closed my eyes and the knowledge of the others remained with me. I began an inquiry into whether or not we can, would or should ‘feel’ each other while sharing space in this way.
It was then, that a cool breeze blew through the covered roof space, which I felt distinctly as blowing directly ‘though’ me. In that moment, everyone and everything around me, that a moment before, I was considering and holding in my mind, instantly disappeared!

“Oh my God! What’s this?!”
The first time I experienced sight of the world as an exceptionally perfect, beautiful and complete place, it came quite by surprise! The intensity of this experience was incredible. The beauty observed was jaw dropping. I was in a state of utter and complete astonishment!
Somehow I have recognized in fractions over the years, that I was in some way personally responsible for holding myself outside of everything, separate from any believable sense of belonging or being worthy, welcomed or loved.
On this evening, in response to boredom, I desperately felt the need to discover and engage in some form of potential distraction and entertainment.

An Experience of my Life passing before my eyes.
While sitting quietly in front of a campfire, doing nothing but looking in the direction of the flames, my awareness jumped out of association with the body and the environment I was in.
A single visual image, of a moment from my life appeared in my view. Then another. And another. And more. And faster than the time it takes to write these words, the acceleration surged to a cascading of images from my life. It was all there, a galaxy of the individual moments that have made up this earthly existence.
I recognized, that I was involved in each of those moments, that each of them was what it was – because of my actions and any choice in how I interpreted the contents. There rose an impressive wonder and gratitude for the immense scale of it all. This has been my creation!
